Buildots' solution allowed the team to automatically analyse the performance of 14 separate trades and track the progress of 154,000 elements across 17 buildings and 82 floors using AI. More than 30,000 videos were processed during the fit-out period, helping Wates to stay on top of all of the on-site activities at all times and use data to make informed and proactive decisions, removing the need for manual tracking.
