Wates Residential successfully completed the development of a 71-home affordable housing scheme in Wandsworth, London. The scheme consists of 62 social rented apartments and nine shared ownership homes. Wates utilised Buildots during the fit-out of the scheme to improve collaborative planning.

 

In Buildots' latest study, which analysed the performance of 64 construction projects around the globe, it uncovered that Shuttleworth Road yielded the best results when it comes to the utlisation of available work areas, and the consistency of the trades' output.
